Hotel One - Rotterdam

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the hotel facilities were modern and in good order. We were delighted by the convenient location, just a short direct walk from the nearby train station. we found it great that there were several bars and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to dine.

Everything, rooms very small , bad smell from the kitchen of the restaurant below, minibar filled with ever new drinks, breckfast included but never cleared tables and little food after 10 AM.

The all hotel is bad! They say they are a 4 star hotel, well they,re not. Its a crapy hotel, very dirty and unclean, the entire hotel including the rooms smell very very bad. Dont believe in the photos, dont believe in the descrition they give, its all lie and fantasie. Is a really very bad hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the central train station, making it extremely easy to travel to and from the airport. This is great for families with children as it eliminates the hassle of long commutes with heavy luggage. the hotel staff is known to be friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel is satisfactory, providing a good start to the day.

There might be some areas within the hotel that could use a spruce-up, but it does not significantly impact the overall experience.

Very close from station and tram station.The room was confortable and stuff was good as well.

The light bulb was not available but soon was fixed.

This hotel has a great location that is convenient to most tourist attractions. The staff here are quite friendly and offer free WiFi access. The rooms here are well-equipped with a safe and a mini-fridge. I also appreciated the free wine offered as compensation for the broken lift during my stay.

The rooms are quite small and it can get noisy due to thin walls. The stairway is very steep and the elevator is small, making it difficult to carry luggage up and down.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and other key attractions. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasant one. the rooms were very modern and comfortable, and the hotel provided good quality WiFi. a good choice for a business trip.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The concierge booked a taxi for our ride back to the airport and made recommendations of things to do while in Rotterdam. The location was excellent - very convenient to shopping, dining and nightlife. It was also a very walkable area convenient to public transportation.

When we first checked in the elevator wasn't working. I think someone left the elevator door open on a higher floor. However when we went back to the front desk, the concierge took care of the problem quickly. The elevator was small, but that is to be expected in an old building. Also, air conditioning would have been nice. I wouldn't want to stay there when the weather is warmer.

The location is convenient,quite near the central train station;the breakfast is very good and there are various of kinds.The service is also very good even though we arrive late in the night.^^
